Chargeback Policy

At Exotic Carbon Design, we take fraud and chargeback abuse seriously. Due to the high value and custom nature of our products, we have implemented the following strict Chargeback & Fraud Policy to protect our business and customers.

1. Binding Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you agree to our Terms of Service, this Chargeback Policy, and our Refund Policy. These policies form a legally binding agreement between you (the buyer) and Exotic Carbon Design.

2. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

Before initiating a chargeback, all customers are required to contact us directly at info@exoticscarbondesign.com to resolve any issues. We are committed to addressing concerns in good faith and within a reasonable time frame.

Initiating a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue is considered a breach of our terms.

3. Disputed Transactions

If a chargeback is filed:

-We reserve the right to present all documentation and signed agreements to the card issuer, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking information, and correspondence.
-You may be held liable for administrative and legal costs associated with the dispute process.

- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or without merit, we will take legal action to recover funds, including but not limited to:
•Small claims filings
•Civil lawsuits
•Reporting to collections agencies

4. Legal Enforcement

Exotic Carbon Design retains a dedicated legal team that actively pursues all fraudulent chargebacks and criminal attempts to defraud our business.

We cooperate fully with:

- Credit card processors

- Law enforcement agencies

- International fraud departments

Fraudulent chargebacks are treated as theft and may result in criminal prosecution.

 

5. Signature & Agreement

For high-value orders, customers may be required to digitally sign a Sales Agreement confirming:

- Acknowledgment of delivery timelines

- Agreement to the terms of sale

- Understanding that delays are not a valid reason for disputes

 

6. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

We maintain zero tolerance for:

- Fraudulent chargebacks

- Payment reversals after product delivery

- Filing false claims with financial institutions

Any such actions will result in:

- Permanent blacklisting- Immediate legal action

- Forwarding to fraud databases used by banks, processors, and eCommerce platforms

 

7. Final Notice

We understand delays and issues can happen. However, chargebacks filed as a way to avoid our clear return/refund policy or due to a misunderstanding of delivery times will be aggressively contested and legally pursued if needed.

We encourage honest communication and fair business practices.
