At Exotics Carbon Design, we specialize in premium carbon fiber upgrades for exotic and performance vehicles. Our goal is to get your parts delivered as quickly as possible while maintaining our production standards for quality, fitment, and craftsmanship.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. No hidden handling fees or unexpected shipping charges will be added at checkout.
Production & Delivery Timeframes
Because many of our products are custom-made and built to order, delivery times vary depending on the size, complexity, and production requirements of the component. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Small Components (2–3 Weeks): Items including interior trim, mirror caps, steering wheel components, and smaller accessories typically arrive within 2–3 weeks total, accounting for production, quality inspection and transit time.
Large Components (4–6 Weeks): Larger made-to-order components—including front lips, side skirts, rear diffusers, spoilers, exhaust systems, hoods, and trunk replacements require an extended manufacturing process. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production, quality inspection, packaging, and delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these custom production and delivery timeframes.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to become active after a shipping label has been generated.
Delays & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted due to normal production or transit times that fall within our stated delivery estimates. In the rare event of an unexpected manufacturing or logistical delay, our team will proactively provide updates and assist you throughout the process.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. International orders may also require additional transit time due to regional customs processing.
