RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Exotics Carbon Design, we take pride in providing premium carbon fiber components for exotic and performance vehicles. Due to the specialized nature of our products, every return request is reviewed individually in accordance with the policy below.
By placing an order with Exotics Carbon Design, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Chargeback Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Return Eligibility
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- The incorrect item was shipped by Exotics Carbon Design.
- The product arrives with significant shipping damage that is reported in accordance with this policy.
All claims are subject to review and approval by Exotics Carbon Design.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery.
Any claim involving shipping damage, missing components, incorrect merchandise, or any other visible issue must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Claims submitted after the 7-day inspection period may be denied.
To submit a claim, please email info@exoticscarbondesign.com and include:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if shipping damage is claimed)
- A detailed description of the issue
Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or prevent the processing of the claim.
Return Authorization
No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from Exotics Carbon Design.
Items returned without an approved Return Authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.
Return Conditions
To qualify for an approved return, the merchandise must:
- Be returned within 7 calendar days of return authorization.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Be unused and uninstalled.
- Include all original hardware, accessories, and packaging whenever reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to deny any return if the product has been:
- Installed
- Modified
- Painted
- Drilled
- Damaged after delivery
- Misused
- Improperly stored or handled
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If Exotics Carbon Design confirms that a product contains a manufacturing defect or sustained significant shipping damage properly reported within the required 7-day inspection period, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product;
- Issue a partial refund; or
- Issue a full refund where repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, slight variations in carbon fiber weave, finish characteristics, or other conditions that do not affect the intended function of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.
Professional Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all products.
Exotics Carbon Design is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Installation damage
- Labor costs
- Removal or reinstallation costs
- Vehicle modifications affecting fitment
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
Fitment concerns must be documented with clear photographs and supporting information before any determination can be made.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative, processing, and production-related costs.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, custom and made-to-order items are considered Final Sale.
These products are not eligible for return or refund except where:
- An incorrect product was shipped by Exotics Carbon Design.
- A verified manufacturing defect exists.
- Significant shipping damage is properly reported within the required 7-day inspection period.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be approved for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong item
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Vehicle modifications affecting fitment
- Cosmetic concerns reported after the 7-day inspection period
- Products that have been installed, modified, painted, drilled, or altered
- Damage occurring after delivery
Refund Processing
If a return is approved and received, the merchandise will be inspected before a final decision is made.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Agreement
By placing an order with Exotics Carbon Design, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
- Any visible issue or damage must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Claims must include sufficient supporting documentation and photographs.
- Exotics Carbon Design must be given a reasonable opportunity to review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution before any dispute or chargeback is initiated.
