Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds based on customer preference or if a part is “no longer needed” or “not liked.” Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Refund & Return Eligibility

We only offer refunds (partial or full) in the event of:

• Documented manufacturing defects, reported within 7 days of delivery

• Verified fitment issues, despite professional installation

• Shipping delays exceeding our estimated window by 7 days

Return Window & Inspection Requirement

• Return Period: Products may be returned within 7 days of documented delivery. No returns will be accepted after this window.

• Inspection on Delivery: All items must be inspected immediately. Any visible issues or damage must be reported to info@exoticscarbondesign.com within 72 hours of delivery, with photo proof.

• Failure to inspect or report issues within 72 hours voids eligibility for return, exchange, or refund.

No Refund for Preference-Based Returns

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect part ordered by the customer

• Claims such as “I didn’t like how it looked on my car”

We stand behind the quality and description of every part sold.

Cancellations & Fees

• Before Shipping: Cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to administrative and production costs.

• After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Fitment & Installation Policy

• Professional installation is required for all parts. We do not issue refunds for problems due to improper installation.

• If a fitment issue is confirmed after professional installation, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, based on verified documentation.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Major Defects: If a product arrives with major damage from manufacturing or shipping, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Must be reported within 72 hours with photos.

• Minor Cosmetic Flaws: These are not eligible for a full refund but may be repaired or compensated at our discretion.

Custom Orders – Final Sale

Custom-made products (e.g. forged carbon, custom steering wheels, made-to-order parts) are non-refundable under any circumstance unless they arrive damaged beyond repair.

• Minor flaws in custom products do not qualify for a refund

• Refunds or replacements are issued only for non-repairable defects

• By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and services.

Shipping & Tracking

• Tracking Provided: We provide tracking for all orders.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking shows “delivered,” we are no longer responsible. Claims must be made directly with the carrier.

• Wrong Shipping Info: We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
