Warranty Policy
Exotics Carbon Design 2-Year Limited Warranty
At Exotics Carbon Design, we are committed to providing premium-quality carbon fiber products. To support our commitment to quality, we offer a Limited 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects that result from manufacturing, materials, or quality-control issues, including:
• Carbon fiber discoloration, yellowing, fading, clear-coat peeling, or finish failure occurring under normal use within two (2) years of delivery.
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Structural defects caused by improper manufacturing.
• Products that arrive damaged due to a manufacturing, packaging, or fulfillment error on our end.
• Incorrect products shipped by Exotics Carbon Design.
• Defects that prevent the product from performing as intended under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by factors outside of Exotics Carbon Design's control, including but not limited to:
• Improper installation or installation errors.
• Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, impacts, road debris, or vandalism.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Racing, track use, competition use, or off-road use.
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
• Improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, or abrasive products.
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, natural disasters, fire, flooding, hail, or similar events.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
• Products that have been installed, modified, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Any condition determined to have been caused by customer action, improper maintenance, external forces, or third-party installation will not qualify for warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To be considered for warranty coverage, customers must:
• Be the original purchaser of the product.
• Provide proof of purchase from Exotics Carbon Design.
• Submit clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
• Allow Exotics Carbon Design reasonable opportunity to inspect and evaluate the claim.
• Contact Exotics Carbon Design before attempting any repairs or modifications.
Warranty Resolution
If a claim is approved, Exotics Carbon Design will, at its sole discretion:
• Repair the product;
• Replace the product;
• Replace the affected component; or
• Issue store credit equal to the value of the approved warranty claim.
Warranty approval is determined solely by Exotics Carbon Design after review of all submitted information.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Exotics Carbon Design reserves the right to deny any claim where evidence indicates that the issue resulted from customer misuse, improper installation, negligence, external damage, unauthorized modifications, or any cause other than a manufacturing or material defect.
Exotics Carbon Design shall not be responsible for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, shipping costs, rental vehicles, loss of use, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Exotics Carbon Design before any warranty remedy is provided.
